Agreement with the Petroleum Authority of Thailand for
the supply of 120 million cubic feet per day of natural
gas for a period of 25 years as fuel for the company's
combined cycle power plant.

Financing Facility Agreements for 5,170 million baht and
176 million US dollars with 12 domestic and international
financial institutions to finace the construction of the
